10th anniversary of Casa Massa
In May 2018 it will be 10 years since we opened Casa Massa. During all this time we have learned a lot of things. We have seen how some longings came true and how others stayed on the road. In Estac we have found the starry sky and silence. We have assimilated the rhythm of Pallars and we have recovered the seasons of the year, which merge into a timeless continuum in the city. But above all we have learned from people. For ten years we have been lucky to live with very different people. A time that has been fascinating and very enriching.
This last year Casa Massa has changed again, to get a new boost. We are excited again and we want that the treatment with our guests continues being our strength. To celebrate this special anniversary with you, we will launch a monthly offer throughout 2018. We invite you to follow us on the social media to stay up to date with the promotions. We started the month of January with a 10% discount on the gift voucher.
We sincerely hope that the next ten years Casa Massa will continue to be a pleasant space for meeting, nature, sharing and, above all, happiness.

Back to the garden
Like every year, we do orchard. It has become a routine in the spring, waiting for May and good weather to plant.
It seems to be always the same, but each year is different.
We rotate a little vegetables, we shifted the greenhouse vegetables and do some testing with the vegetable that previous year have not worked. In addition, it is also very important climate. Some May have been so cold that all we had planted has been frozen.
The neighbours told us that before the 15th of May to plant anything, it was risky.
And yes, sometimes it is.
We want to go to the orchard and we like warmth after the long winter, but you can not be in a hurry if you want to replant …
It is work for all of us, but the moments of calm and flavoured vegetables that we eat, it compensates.
It is good to clear the head, relax and get tired physically. So besides healthy is therapeutic!
We have the classics: lettuce, endive, cabbage, tomatoes, zucchini and purple potatoes. This year, we have a lot of strawberries and raspberries ready to harvest!
